Liaise with the clients and suppliers to arrange audit schedule.
Assign job number for reference.
Record the reference submitted by the clients and prepare folders for the Auditors Job.
Inform the Auditor any especial requirement to be aware of in any program.
Record the daily Auditing schedule for local and overseas offices and report to management;
Prepare, file and record the daily communication;
Prepare proforma and formal invoices according to terms and fees agreed with customers for General Managers review;
Take up other duties assigned by his superior.
