1.       Managing assets, cafeteria,  Vehicle, security and CCTV, housekeeping, event management, first aid, fire and safety, visitors book, building and premises, machinery and equipment, furniture and fixtures maintenance and preparing of SOP’s, policy and procedure manuals and hand books on all above mentioned admin dept. tasks.

2.       Managing day-to-day operations of a variety of office administrative services to ensure that the current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically at prestigious.

3.       Organized/arrange board meetings, high profile visitors and handle inquires, questions pertaining to Administration.

4.       Manage/ finalize and negotiate contracts on behalf of Organization.

5.       Ensure smooth and timely processing of payments/invoicing of assigned domain as per defined SOPs.

6.       Responsible to negotiate contracts with vendors.

7.       Committee as well to ensure that all related documentation is completed as per defined SOP’s and records are properly maintained for audit purpose.

8.       Supervise, motivate staff, Create reports, analyze and interpret data.

  1. Evaluating the effectiveness of the support provided by the Administrative team and updating processes and procedures accordingly.
  2.  Responsibility for health and safety in the area under his/her control and ensure that he/she is familiar with the Organization’s policy statement on health and safety at work.
  3. Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  4. Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  5. Manage schedules and deadlines
  6. Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)

15.   Compliance management, liaison with federal and local authorities to answer their queries
