- Responsible for heading local and imported purchase(s)
- Responsible for preparing purchase plan and demand forecasting for these purchases
- Responsible for preparing budget plan and ensuring purchases under the budget
- Responsible for preparing variance analysis and reporting to management
- Responsible for developing SOP's for effective demand forecasting
- Supply Planning & Shipment Planning
- Material Planning & Material Sourcing
- Responsible for preparing pre-qualification parameters of vendors i.e financial records, after sale service, technical competencies etc)
- Evaluating vendors performance and maintain performance evaluation record( quality, delivery, quantity)
- Designing annual procurement contract with approved vendors and negotiate on prices, delivery, returns and stocks
