Job Functions:
- Work with sales team and clients to document website requirements

- Manage Launch of website
Essential Job Requirements:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client
- Plan, deliver and manage complex website projects
- Lead website development projects
- Provide leadership, guidance and management to multiple project teams throughout the launch of the website
- Ensure that web projects and services are delivered to the client on time
- Coordinate with the team working on a project which may include designers and developers
- Ensure that the projects are delivered according to the client’s expectations
- Responsible for the project planning, scheduling, and for monitoring and reporting the progress against the plan
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Develop and deliver progress report
- Setting quality standards and ensuring they are met while designing and developing websites
- Help Sales department with Pre-sales analysis and documentation
Experience:
· Minimum of 4 years of experience working in an Information and Communications Technology environment
· Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
· Experience working on website projects
· Experience with web development projects spanning the full web development lifecycle
· Experience with projects having aggressive project schedules
· Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business, Marketing or related field. MS or MBA will be preferred
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Good knowledge of Project Management Methodologies
- Experience working on website/application projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Good understanding of web and social media
