Job Description:
  • Maintaining & supervision of facilities and infrastructure including renovation of the place.
  • Maintaining all capital assets of the Company and its record including company vehicles.
  • Maintaining logs of all maintenance services of equipment, electrical appliances, furniture and fixtures
  • Supervision and maintaining record of attendance system
  • Security and safety
  • Access control
  • Logistics, traveling, boarding & lodging arrangements
  • Arrangements for seminars, meetings, presentations etc.
  • All outdoor & indoor admin related tasks
  • Supervision and provisioning of stationary, lunch and kitchen services.
  • Grip on all administration related tasks
  • Understanding, arranging and execution of renovation job at Islamabad office
  • Capital asset management & preventive maintenance services
  • Understanding of traveling, boarding & lodging rules and to identify options for official stay in Islamabad under the rules
  • Supervision and provisioning of stationary, lunch and kitchen services
