| Job Description: |
|
- Responsible for design and technical assessment for data center solution design.
- Coordinates implementation of new installations, designs, and migrations for technology solutions into the data center.
- Provides advanced technical consulting and advice to others on solution design, system management, tuning and modification of solutions. Provides input into strategy moving forward
- Collects and determines data from appropriate sources to assist in determining customer needs and requirements. Responds to requests for technical information from customers. Develops customer technology solutions
- Engages in technical problem solving across multiple technologies, often needs to develop new methods to apply to the situation
- Owns and manages knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project)
- Reporting to Manager - Enterprise Solutions.
- Responsible for assisting in achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Evaluating construction specs and development product recommendations to meet project requirements.
- Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
- Performance of Heating and cooling load and ventilating calculations.
- Ensuring successful HVAC solution design, development, and approval via Manager ES from principal (APC) for Data Center Solution opportunities.
- Reporting to Manager - Enterprise Solutions.
- Coordinate with process safety, structural engineering, instrument Engineering, and automation along with equipment suppliers in sizing, rating and selection of equipment and the associated instrumentation and controls.
- Responsible for assisting in achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
- Provides timely feedback to Manager-ES regarding performance of design and issues/problems related to the same.
- Assists Manager ES in creating and conducting proposals, presentations and RFP responses.
- Review drawings and discuss/update changes modifications with Manager ES.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
- To understand and implement the above mentioned responsibilities.
- To align with the team and business processes.
- Communicate with clients in meetings on DC design related areas and assist the design team in preparing the right solution.
