| Job Description: |
|
- QA Analyst shall be responsible to periodically analyze the inventory (Power & Banking) at all the regions and will maintain it at optimum level and report the stakeholders accordingly.
- Will also perform field staff performance evaluations, other progress appraisals, periodic PMs reporting and log start-up / RMA cases with the principal.
- Prepare various type of Purchase Requisitions and follow up with Procurement team.
- Periodical reports regarding Purchase Requisitions status on weekly/ monthly basis.
- Coordination and liaison with different departments and branches.
- Prepare composite detail of UPS and Banking division parts and batteries on daily / weekly and monthly basis.
- Relevant head, project wise, region wise and nationwide detail of cost incurred along with the returned parts detail.
- List of parts; in terms of quantity and amount incurred, that are frequently used along with classification under various heads.
- Maintain parts reorder levels and their economic order quantities.
- Facilitate and arrange for inventory movement from one branch to another.
- Able to accomplish the given tasks with help of team mates.
- To assist in any other assignment as assigned by the manager/ department head.
- To improve on first quarter's feedback and become able to accomplish the assigned tasks in more efficient and effective manner.
- Take initiatives in various departmental assignments and prove himself as a useful resource of the organization.
