Maintain excellent relations with all Clients, paying periodic visits to Key Clients.
Team management and supervision ensuring efficient resource management and timely resolution of issues
Coach and mentor team members on professional matters and provide timely feedback.
Work closely with all IPL teams.
Work on Capacity Planning.
Ensure quality and thoroughness in filling out Call Log Sheets.
Ensure client is provided with timely feedback on incident status.
Achieve Performance KPIs and proactively monitor progress.
Ensure thorough Preventive Maintenance is performed in a planned manner.
Ensure Lab activities are performed in an optimum manner.
Ensures continuous performance improvement in coordination with VP, CS
