Job Description:
  • Process new leads in Local market with help from Sales resources/direct communication with clients.

  • Coordination with Sales resources in other divisions (Central, South and North) to coordinate business requirements, and achieve targets.

  • Research and development regarding local and international market for expansion of organizational horizon.

  • To be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and proforma invoices to customers as and when required

  • To process inquires by phone, fax, email and personal visits in relation to company business

  • To meet customers on premises to discuss their requirements along with design team/Power Sales team if required.

  • To maintain good relations with our customers and effective working environment

  • Resolution of problems by liaising with the other division and the customer (leads/projects).

  • Support the business plan as and when required to ensure company business objectives are met.

  • Development of Marketing Plan with GM ES to Assist Sales of products in local market.

  • Devise and implement appropriate media strategies to support organizations mission towards branding.

  • Strategic planning, Analysis and development of Business Collaborations (using Business Plans) for new (and enhancement of existing) local and global partnerships.

  • Assisting GM- ES in Analysis, Definition, Development and Implementation of Strategies for new mergers/acquisitions/product acquiring for local and international market.

  • Analysis of potential opportunities in the local market for existing products.

  • Connecting with related IPL resources for maintenance of electronic news releases and web material.

  • Assisting GM-ES in development of Marketing Collateral (Brochures, presentation, Sales demos, success stories, profile).

  • Development and distribution of News letter/client testimonials to all the contacts, local and global.

  • Communicating with regional sales team for status of order and position of sales.

  • Providing inputs and ideas into marketing enterprises and subsequently promote them and monitor responses.

  • Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis.

  • Preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations.

  • Updating the status of sales order in the database or computer.

  • Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting the information in order to increase productivity of sales.

  • Monitoring the trends and evaluating the performance assessed against monthly sales goals.

  • Promoting the facilities of the organization to fresh and existing customers through a proactive approach.

  • Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings.

  • Attending network and promotional events to develop and maintain contact with potential clients and professional bodies.
