This position seeks the PeopleSoft Application Developer with special emphasis on People Code and PeopleSoft application development. The successful incumbent will be a part of ICT team to support in the PeopleSoft Life Cycle and also assist in the product improvement as per the requirement.

In addition, the position entails business analysis and functional expertise on PeopleSoft HCM/Financials implementation and constantly upgrades projects as and when required. Further he/she will be required to assist in project activities related to requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis, system design, core table setup, testing and training.

 Job Specifics

1. BS or BE from HEC recognized university/ institute or equivalent degree. MS in computer science would be given preference.

2. At least 3 years’ experience on PeopleSoft ERP modules, especially PeopleSoft HCM/Financial / Campus solution modules experience on project Management or team Leadership will be an added advantage.

3. Broad knowledge and expertise on Oracle and SQL commands, JAVA Enterprise Edition (J2EE), web Services, Enterprise JAVA Beans (EJB), JAVA Message Services (JMS), SOA, and Linux, shell scripting and web logic.

4. Excellent communication, leadership, Organizational and analytical skills, and proven ability to perform as part of a team with a proactive approach in decision making and problem solving.

PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS and financial Specialist:

 This position involves business analysis, functional experience on PeopleSoft HRMS / HCM and financial implementation, and constantly upgrades project as and when required. The successful incumbent will be required to perform project activities related to requirements gathering & fit /gap analysis, system design, core table setup, testing and training in support of PeopleSoft HCM/ Financial modules along with the strong functional knowledge of HR and Financial Operations and business processes would be preferred.

 Job Requirement for PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS Specialist:

1. BS or BE from HEC recognized university/ institute or equivalent degree. MS in computer science would be given preference.

2. At least 3 years’ experience in implementation large PeopleSoft Projects especially HCM/HRMS.

3. Practical Exposure in PeopleSoft HCM v9.X and PeopleSoft v.9.1 along with Project Management and team leadership experience would be an added advantage.

Job Requirement for PeopleSoft Financial Specialist:

1.      BS or BE from HEC recognized university/ institute or equivalent degree. MS in computer science would be given preference.

2.      At least 3 years’ experience in implementation large PeopleSoft Projects especially Financial modules i.e GL, AR, PO, project costing and ePro

3.      Practical Exposure in PeopleSoft HCM v9.X and PeopleSoft v.9.1 along with Project Management and team leadership experience would be an added advantage.
