|
You will take ownership of technical support issues, independently resolve escalated user complaints, document problem resolution processes, and help train users where required. Support Engineers must have - Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent, or relevant experience
- Knowledge of Windows, XP, Vista and general desktop support issues.
- Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concepts
- Knowledge of Linux with respect to the servers
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate with non-technical personnel to understand technical support issues
