Ideally offered for fresh graduates of Media and Business Schools, this is initially for three months (on commission) vacancy which may also be turned into a permanent position depending on the performance by the termination of the contract. Please carefully study the tasks that will be assigned to the BDOs by the company:

1. Identification of business opportunities

2. Locating the potential clients and making sales and services presentations

3. Meeting the assigned targets within the provided time

4. Developing of negotiating strategies while tailoring the services

5. Studying the integration of new ventures with company strategies

6. Proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners: Discovering and exploring opportunities

7. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirement, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations

8. Making weekly activity summary and its presentation to the Chief Executive

9. Protection of organization's value by keeping information confidential

Skills

1. The candidate should be well mannered, presentable and confident
2. S/he must be able to work in teams
3. S/he must be fluent in Urdu and English
4. Must have basic knowledge of Marketing and/or Media Science
5. Have good writing and drafting skills
6. Make good use of internet and personal resources to locate potential clients
7. Must be an independent thinker and a good decision maker
8. Should be efficient in meeting targets
9. Should have his/her own travel arrangements
