Main Purpose of Job
The purpose of this role is to develop and implement effective and efficient Monitoring and Evaluation systems at field level including collating, compiling & analysing program information, conducting baseline/needs assessment surveys, developing beneficiaries’ database and subsequent reporting on Islamic Help project interventions. The job holder is also responsible to ensure implementation of IH-CRM mechanism and compliance with HAP, SPEHRE, FOG and CHS benchmarks.

The incumbent must show good time management and prioritization skills to work in a vibrant environment and operate on multiple fronts simultaneously. The employee can be deployed anywhere in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Pakistan to assist other IH programs in the capacity he/she is hired. Islamic Help, like other INGOs working in Pakistan, sometimes has to operate in risky environment/areas. Islamic Help has security management plan to deal with threats and to minimize risks. Islamic Help as a humanitarian organization responds to emergencies which may affect routine work.
Islamic Help Pakistan has been working in Pakistan since 2005. It is a national NGO registered with SECP in 2012. Prior to this, it was registered as an NGO under registration Act 1860, in 2005. Islamic Help Pakistan has been committed to assist the needy people all over Pakistan. IHP is mainly active in Disaster Management, Social Protection, Water and Sanitation, Shelter and Settlement, Education, Community Physical Infrastructure and implanting a unique program for the rehabilitation of the Victims of Acid Attacks in Pakistan..
