|
1-Writing Proposals according to the RFPs being received.
2-Estimating construction projects through BoQ's.
3-Developing of General site plans .
4-Must be able to write the Technical, Scheduling, and Quality control plan
5-Must be familiar with American construction standards
6- Must be able to generate proposals that are technically correct from an Engineering point of view, grammatically correct from English grammar point of view, and present that information in an easy to read written format that meets all of the clients specifications
7-Must have experience working on and managing multiple projects at the same time 8- Must have at least 4 years of working experience 9- must be able to prepare estimated prices of projects and must be sure on his prices and proposals

1-B.Sc. civil Engineering (Kabul Engineering or equal)
2- Good knowledge of Auto Cad.
3- Good knowledge of Ms Office.
4- Previous working experience in office work. (4-5 years work experience)
5- Excellent knowledge of English Language in necessary able to speak Dari or Pashto
6- Should have experience of preparing drawings using AUTOCAD and Design soft ware.
8- Be familiar with US Army Corps of Engineers, PRT and UNOPS designs and technical requirements.
