Job Description:

An Australian company (online retailer of bedding and baby products) with headquarter in Melbourne; Australia is looking for mid-career professional individuals for its Faisalabad Office. Candidates with passion, commitment and good command of written and spoken English are eligible to apply. We have openings in multiple departments, Major responsibilities will include:

Customer/Product Support Executive:

  • Customer correspondence on all various channels i.e: e-mail, phone, or online chat
  • Handling stock management in online documents
  • Efficient management of the warehouse team (including Australian staff) to enhance customers satisfaction
  • Communication with Australian suppliers, customers and partners

The key performance indicators will be :

  • Enhanced customer experience and satisfaction.
  • New products / brands addition.
  • Catalog maintenance
  • Maintaining a smooth process and suggestions to for improvements.
Excellent communication in the English Language is required. Interview will be conducted in English.
