Key requirements include: · Development and maintenance of OS Commerce website · Technical updates and upgrades · Management and troubleshooting of website issues · Communication with server hosting and keeping site operational · OS Commerce Module development and integration · Website redesigning and restyling · Process Documentation · Front end and back end integration · All development to pass WC3 standards · Database Administration · Delivery of projects within set timeframes · Work with development/SEO/Marketing team to ensure company objectives are met · Provide valuable insight into good development solutions to meet company objectives · Coaching and supervision of junior developers The key performance indicators will be : · Improved website structure, develop required Add-Ons and operation.
