Facilitate training for new hires on our Avatar/Voice programs, Inbound / Outbound Sales & CHI.
• Ensure success of new candidate through our “Training Academy” & “ Graduation” processes.
• Up-train our staff to ensure our people are ready to take on new roles. This will contribute to succession planning at Jtel.
• Run QA Collaboration sessions and ensure teams are meeting Quality parameters.
• Provide Ad-hoc and ongoing support to our QA processes.
• Support Operations when needed & on project work basis
