|
Experience of ASP DOT NET / VB DOT NET programming. Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults, fixing a major fault on the operating system. To handle customer complaints in target response time and complete each task continuously until completion. Monitor & maintain products & network deployed at customer sites either remotely or on-site. Maintain complete customer record, coordinate with Customer Care Center to provide call records, log sheets and give updates & solutions to issues that customer has raised· Install & configure OS & packages related to our systems. Take responsibility in delivering the tasks with good quality and to meet the requirements. Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone. |

Ability to Maintenance of Database development in MS SQL and identify interoperability issues. Familiarity with network of approximately 75 Nodes. Thorough knowledge of signaling & media protocols. Ability to be quickly familiar with new products to handle support queries experienced team member, people management skills, strong communication skills, problem solving and decision-making, creativity, pleasant personality, Initiator. Ability work under stress. |
