The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall HR Operations. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out following duties;
· Provide quality and timely HR support to businesses
· Will be involved in selection/recruitment process.
· Maintain all employment related documentation.
· Knowledge of ERP
· Develop HR Policies
· Maintain employee attendance and leave record
· Assist in payroll and performance management.
· Employee counseling
· Separation processing.
Skills
Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills English/Urdu). Effective computer skills, particularly MS Office, Power Point etc. (knowledge of ERP would be additional advantage).
Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, result-oriented proactive approach with multi-tasking ability. Must be able to work under pressures and perform independently.
