The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in all areas of HR Operations in Jaffer Agro Services. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out following duties;
· Will be involved in all HR functions including
- Selection/recruitment process,
- Training,
- Separation
- Employees records
- Performance management
· Assist in developing HR Policies
· Maintain employee attendance and leave record
Skills
Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills (English/Urdu). Must have effective computer skills, especially hands on experience / knowledge of MS Office. Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, result-oriented proactive approach with multi-tasking ability. Must be able to work under pressures and perform independently.
