Main Responsibilities:

Managing the project from start to finish and delivering the work on time.
Managing all the different parties working at the construction site and supplying raw materials for example contractors, electricians, plumbers and suppliers of equipment like air conditioners, windows etc. You need to make sure that these people are working and delivering their work on time.
It is your responsibility to have regular meetings with your seniors to update them of the status and let them know if there can be delays and what you have done to solve the problems
You will liaise with the procurement manager to buy any raw materials to supply on site and with the accounts manager to get any payments done to suppliers.
You will also be responsible for receiving the items ordered and making sure that they match the quantities and items as per the purchase order and sign off on the goods received notes.

Other Responsibilities:

Managing the maintenance in all branches. You will be the single point of contact for all branch managers when they need any sort of maintenance work done on site.
You will coordinate the maintenance at different sites and manage it such that work is done as efficiently and smoothly as possible.
You will also be responsible for making sure that all the branches are clean and well maintained especially all the kitchens, fridges, freezers, etc. You will do this by regularly visiting all branches during the week and making sure that they are cleaned by liaising with the store managers. You will personally check the cleanliness with visits to all branches.
You will also check if the branches need maintenance work done for example fused lights, paint, etc.
As you are reporting directly to higher management, you will need to take full responsibility for the tasks given to you and make sure that they are done in a timely manner.
