• Suprvise the work of M&E officers based in the districts and provide technical inputs for smooth implemention of M&E activities in the districts.
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly review meetings for each district with M&E officers, prepare and share findings/progress report with Director M&E.
  • Make field visits with M&E officers to see whether monitoring checklists are filled properly and action plans are developed and implemented.
  • Support district based M&E Officers to prepare quarterly reports.
  • Conduct Data Quality Audits (DQA) on quarterly basis to ensure that quality of collected data is meeting the desired quality standards
  • Monitor the performance of MCHIP’s implementing partners on bases of set standard indicators on monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Work closely with the District Coordinators (DCs) for the smooth implementation of program and M&E activities.
  • Play an active role in the program quarterly / annual review meetings and present analysis of monitoring checklists to highlight the areas of concern.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Director M&E

Skills Required

  • Master’s degree in Public Health, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, or Management
  • Should have at least 7 years’ experience at similar position.
  • Must have excellent working knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of databases will be considered as plus point.
  • 70% of time required to spend in the field.
  • Should be able to develop quarterly/Annually results reports.
  • Capacity to interact with managers at different levels to ensure understanding of key findings.
  • The candidate must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment with an ability to adhere to strict deadlines. Must be able to work independently and respond to queries in a timely manner.
