Key Responsibilities
Primarily responsible to work as an HR generalist and perform key HR functions including staffing, training, performance and compensation management etc.
Develops and executes recruitment plans and strategies that attract quality resources and timely fulfill the organizational resource needs
Participates in the selection process and facilitates in organizing and conducting interviews, tests and other assessments
Administers the hiring process as per corporate policy and practices
Conducts or facilitates managers in conducting training needs assessment
Maintains training calendars, organizes internal and external trainings and maintains training records
Designs, or facilitates in designing, developing and conducting trainings
Coordinates with relevant managers to administer or facilitate in administering performance and compensation reviews
Coordinates with payroll and relevant functions for salary and benefits administration
Addresses employee grievances and manages or facilitates other managers in managing workplace conflicts and employee issues
Strives to maintain excellent employee relations, a healthy work culture and environment
Develops and maintains HR manuals, processes, forms, guidelines etc.
Conducts job analyses, develops and maintains organization charts, job descriptions, job specifications etc.
Maintains employee records and human resource information systems
Conducts or facilitates in conducting employee surveys and market surveys for gauging employee satisfaction, opinions and for benchmarking HR practices
Plans and organizes HR audits to evaluate policy implementation, process adherence and HR effectiveness
Designs and organizes internal and external HR events
Serves as a coach to manage human resources and people issues
Designs, prepares, analyzes and present HR reports to management
Conducts HR data analyses to identify patterns of human resource problems, and to review HR trends for objective assessment of HR function and human resource practices
Facilitates in process improvement to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the human resource function
