Responsible for the Business application implementation, maintenance and deployment of METRO applications. Business reporting and support in the following areas:
- Developing a project plan and meeting the deadlines
- Support in the user acceptance testing
- Responsible for pre and post product testing
- Responsible for product production and roll out
- Developing software in line with METRO strategies
- Coordination with METRO business units in gathering business requirements for the projects
- Liaison on a regular basis with METRO IT and IM departments on technical aspects of the projects
- Familiar with state of the art software development methodologies and tools and ability to translate these methodologies into practice

Knowledge required
- Must have knowledge on Business Intelligence and Data warehouse.

- Good knowledge of Databases query languages like TSQL and PLSQL, Programming Languages and Microsoft Technologies.
- Must have good knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server and optionally Teradata.
- Experience in Retail or B2B industry will be preferred
