- To ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided at all times and the customers' Personal Banking needs are fully met in a professional and competent manner.
- To maximize the sale of Bank's retail products/services (CASA, Deposits, Banca, Investment products)and to meet specific sales targets, SMART targets agreed from time to time.
- To generate business through local sales promotion: outdoor marketing calls on existing as well as potential individual customers and target groups through seminars.
- To ensure that whenever possible, cross sell opportunities are fully exploited in dealings with existing and new customers.
