KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1 – Business Understanding

– Increase knowledge base regarding company products and services to maximize local and international hiring quality.
– Span includes (and not limited) to Virtual Force and Kualitatem local as well international HR Management requirements for smooth business operations.

2 – HR Policy & Procedure

– To review the staffs rules and regulations (or employee handbook) on a regular basis.
– To examine the current policies & Procedures for any change to be incorporated as per requirement time to time.

3 – Compensation & Benefits

– Gather all necessary data to benchmark salaries and benefits.
– Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance
– To be in charge of payroll administration and to make all necessary co-ordination to make a smooth and efficient operation (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates compensation, special payments).
– To propose relevant benefits and review them as per requirements and keep them updated.

4 – Recruitment & Selection

– Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related staffing communication.
– Process all local and International recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner.
– Managing orientation program for employee to the business and culture.
– Robust employer branding campaign, internal and external to ensure healthy talent poll for recruiting needs in pro-active manners.
– Head Count budgeting, MPP, Recruitment Tracker, Vacant Positions.

5 – Training & Development

– Identify key skills, specialty skills and propose training needs accordingly.
– Interface with HR Advisor and external vendors and suppliers for the implementation of corporate training or training programs to meet the business needs where appropriate.
– Managing, communicating and delivering important projects that impact other parts of the organization.

6 – Organizational Development

– Responsible for development and integration of human resource programs and associated, multiple projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
-Provides expertise in strategy development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relation’s efforts.
– Responsible for performance management cycle for annual and mid-year reviews.
– Employee engagement initiative to ensure employees motivation.

Skills

MUST HAVE SKILL SET:

SPECIFIC

– Understand the recruitment cycles and be able to use various software applications to support process and do proactive processing.
– Experience in establishing and maintaing a strong and progressive work culture within the company
– Knows HR Branding strategies
– Proactively handle issues and concerns within the workforce and enable a positive mindset and ambience within the company
– Maintain and Cover the HR processes and documentation diligently and on time

GENERAL

– Must have a college education with an under graduate or post graduate degree.
– Masters in Human Resource Management will be a definitive PLUS
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present and interact with different stakeholders in global settings
– Elaborate analytical and problem solving skills
– Self-motivated, having a passion for learning
– Be able to lead various initiatives
