Prepare new HR files for new hired staff
- Filing of all HR related documents.
- Monitor daily attendance and handle attendance related matters, Investigate and understand causes.
- Recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties.
- Maintain current and ex-employees’ database record (documentation)
- Enroll / Register employees in HR SYSTEM.
- Assist in payroll processing.
- Update Employees Transfer, Overtime and Roster Plan in HR SYSTEM.
- Any additional responsibilities as assigned by Management.
- Should have knowledge of HR Process
- Training & Development
- Managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
- Policy & procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes
Skills
Able to understand human psychology
Able to work under stress
Should be a good team player
Good knowledge of MS Office
Able to priorities tasks
Strong Analytical Skills.
Command over MS Office is must
Team Player
Knowledge of Finance (petty cash etc.)
Inter personal communication skill
Report writing skills
