Job Description:

EMPLOYEE INDUCTION,CO-ORDINATION AND TEAM MANAGEMENT

  • Pre hiring and post hiring arrangements
  • Interview plans and calls
  • Manage all necessary arrangements before hiring; offers, visas, pre hiring trainings, documents etc
  • To prepare and maintain personal files
  • To facilitate the new employees through out in their induction process.
  • Team Management- Delegation of work ,Training, Appraisal, Delivery of work
  • To assist in manpower planning to avoid more or less staffing

RECORD MANAGEMENT -

To ensure the following records are maintained as per given direction and standards

  1. Daily attendance
  2. Monthly reports
  3. Annual Leave record
  4. No of days
  5. Monthly activity report
  6. Asset Report
  7. Employee strength report
  8. Stationary report
  9. Comparative analysis of competitor’s salary, etc.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT -

  • To handle performance appraisal including designing the performance appraisal form
  • To Communicate Company Policies and Labor Laws
  • To introduce motivational programs and policies
