- Attend & Resolve daily complaints (software & hardware) for UPS & ATM
- Installation of New ATM's & UPS
- Submission of all documents / engineering reports to concerned authorities
- Problem identification & rectification to control repeated complaints on assigned ATM's (Territory)
- On site refurbishment
1st Quarter Goals
- Command on hardware of UPS & ATM
- Preventive Maintenance Achievement
2nd Quarter Goals
- Command on software of UPS & ATM
- Refurbishment on site (for banking & power)
- 100 % Preventive Maintenance on all assigned machines
1st Year Goals
- Expertise in hardware/software in both domains (UPS & ATM)
- Control on Repeated Calls
- Precise problem identification & rectification
- 100 % Preventive Maintenance on all assigned machines
- Accomplishment of 100% PM for UPS & ATM
Skills
Electrical Diploma & Experience in field work shall be preferred.
