A well established leading pharmaceutical company based at Karachi is currently seeking Manager HR, IR & Admin. The incumbent shall manage growth and diversification with the company in accordance with the vision, mission, values and strategic objectives, also well conversant with the business ethics and also having strong leadership qualities and excellent acquaintance in strategic management, must having excellent communication skills (both verbal & written). Candidate should possess excellent skills in planning and organizing, setting priorities and motivating people and committed to achieve goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To manage the overall provision of HR services, policies, procedures and programs. Also to lead and direct the Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR services to the business.
To develop & aligning HR strategies with the business strategies.
To plan executing manpower & budgeting for the group.
To manage the employment & compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees, employee on-boarding, development, need assessment & training.
Responsible to manage the entire administration functions.
Candidates should hold a Law Graduate/MBA (HR) Degree with proven track record around 03-05 years, at least 03 years in a similar position.
