Job Description:
  • Management of the Director's diary and appointments
  • Take and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone

callers, and answer queries where possible

  • Collect and open all mail addressed to the Director
  • Take minutes for all meetings.
  • Draft, type and dispatch all the Director's correspondence
  • Liaise with relevant individuals, external organizations etc to arrange

meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes

  • Maintain a comprehensive filing system
  • Co-ordinate Director's travel in conjunction with in-house travel group
  • Some research, media relations and promotional work
  • Undertake any other duties as requested by the Director
 
Skills Required:
 
The ability to work logically and systematically, with good time management;

Comfortable with the Internet for Email Correspondence and Research.

IT literacy and the ability to handle electronic data;MS Office Power User; Typing Speed/ Accuracy.

Flexibility and the ability to manage change;

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team;

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; Letter Writing/ Correspondence

A positive attitude to continued learning
