| Job Description: |
|
- Actively works to ensure smooth and timely software builds, release management and software deployments on development, staging and production systems
- Troubleshoots and fixes configuration and deployment issues using appropriate tools
- Monitors configurations and production systems with real time monitoring and alert systems to proactively predict, figure out and address impending problems with software systems
- Prepares configuration management status reports for relevant stakeholders
- Facilitates in establishing and implementing configuration management processes and SCM best practices
- Facilitates in exploration and induction of tools and technologies related to SCM and release management aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the function
