| Job Description: |
|
- Working closely with the Technical IT support groups and take responsibility of writing and editing Operations documentation for the different telecom and IT products and services supported.
- Develop format and style guideline and adhere to them, giving consideration to usability, ensuring accuracy, consistency & Quality of documentation produced.
- Create, edit and maintain procedural documentation including procedures (SOPs) and/or how to user guides and application guides -Train new recruits and other department members on the process and procedures followed.

Profile
- Graduate in computer Science
- 2 - 4 years experience in writing technical / operational / business process documents
- Excellent communication skills, writing styles and should have an eye for details.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Functional knowledge of telecom and IT Operations is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & listening skills
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to work independently with minimum or no supervision
