Key Responsibilities - Project Planning of new client on board
- Project monitoring and tracking
- Actively works to ensure smooth and timely client environment setup
- Liaison between Financial Institution and i2c
- Management of payment network setup
- Liaison between Association (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, AMX) and i2c
- Liaison between customers and i2c
- Liaison between PMO and AAG
- Coordination with Account Advocate Group
- Review and suggest improvements in Customer specification document
