Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Primarily responsible for the accomplishment of project objectives
  2. Prepares project plan(s) in coordination with Team Leads and relevant stakeholders
  3. Coordinates with Business Analyst and project team to ensure clear identification, specification and common understanding of project requirements
  4. Coordinates with Business Analyst, Software Architect and Team Leads for project estimation (time, effort, duration)
  5. Timely identifies, mitigates and reports project risks to relevant stakeholders
  6. Carries out resource planning and resource management to ensure timely induction and efficient utilization of project resources
  7. Maintains a healthy team environment and facilitates in resolving interpersonal conflicts and other team issues
  8. Coordinates with different functional groups for project tasks and issues
  9. Coordinates with Business Analyst, Software Architect, Team Leads and relevant stakeholders in requirements change management, and ensures that affected plans or artifacts are updated and communicated to relevant stakeholders
  10. Tracks project progress against project plan and coordinates with relevant Team Leads to deliver quality work product on time and on budget
  11. Provides regular status updates on assigned projects to management and relevant stakeholders
  12. May be assigned on multiple projects
  13. Facilitates HR in the induction and development of project human resources
  14. Coordinates with Quality Engineering in process definition and project wise adherence to applicable processes
  15. Conducts project evaluation at closure or at appropriate phase/interval in coordination with relevant stakeholders
  16. May also interface with customers or other external entities on need basis
  17. Coordinates with requirement providers and Director Development to prioritize project tasks
