KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Confer on overall company finances and divisional performance with the CEO
- Prepare financial statements & forecasts, perform budget variance analysis, make presentations to the board, manages taxes and perform many special projects
- Evaluate ways to improve the financial control and planning
- Manage client billing and project costing
- Prioritize multiple, nearly always conflicting, priorities across projects. With the help of the project managers
- Examine, evaluate, and assess the impact of potential changes in the market.
