- Directly responsible for meeting production targets;
- Develop and lead the production team;
- Responsible for meeting Production KPI's;
- Delivery of best quality products as per the market demand;
- Manage the hygiene and product safety of the plant as per the International standards;
- Responsible for the deliverable like Safety, occupational health and environment, plant budgets, long term and short term capacity and asset management strategy
