Job Description:

Client Satisfaction

Planning and Scheduling

Account Management and Statistical Analysis

Revenue Enhancement and Recovery

Client Retention and deep selling

Quality of Communication and Presentations

Timely forwarding of Customer requirements

Providing Clients with spontaneous status updates of their shipments

Accurate Monthly reporting

Maintaining and updating records of all transactions for analysis & monitoring

 
Skills Required:
 
Ensures the client requirements are met
Preparation of statistical analysis of Client operations for its review on monthly basis.
Resolve issues and queries of the Client on billing/invoicing/Inventory/Shipment etc.
Continuous follow up on recoveries and settlement of bad debts.

Establish and maintain effective working relationship with support Departments and customers
Respond to incoming queries obtained in a timely and professional manner.
Timely liaison with clients to ensure high levels of customer compliance.
Ensures prioritization of work as assigned.
Adhere to the Company Policies, Procedures and business code of ethics.
Prompt & Reliable Services as per contractual obligations.
Resolve operational and business issues while maintaining excellent relationship with client.
Adherence to IMS Procedures
Prepare/Compile data on customer for assessment of Customer Expectations.
Establish and maintain effective working relationship with support departments.


Good knowledge of MS Office
Good knowledge of WMS Exceed
Presentation and Communication Skills
