This position is responsible for achieving or exceeding allocated sales budget of the district within allocated resources through implementation of marketing strategies and policies. Also responsible for appraisal, coaching, counseling, development and motivation of sales team and customer development.
Monitor and analyze sales achievements in the district on daily and weekly basis and take corrective measures immediately in case of any deviation. Ensure implementation & compliance of approved reporting system & analyze all reports of SPOs.
Analyze and revise the list of doctors at least twice a year. Ensure coverage of all listed doctors, frequency of sales calls according to doctors potential and number of calls per day as per company policy.
Enhance the image of the company by conducting planned activities like LSPs, MGMs and mini symposia. Also responsible for conducting monthly district sales meetings as per approved agenda.
