Job Description:

Manage desktop support activities performed by TAC teams in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and US.

Provide reporting on ticket statuses and ensure that prompt support is provided by TAC teams through out the organization.

Scheduling of TAC teams.

Perform hardware inventory, systems up gradation activity through out the organization.

Perform software inventory to ensure licensing and contract validity

Skills Required:

Knowledge, Skills and Personal Characteristics
Good management and reporting capabilities.
Following certifications will be plus point for this position.
MCSA
MCSE
A+
Specific Tools, Technologies or Equipment Skills
Windows Administration.
Linux Administration.
