Job Description:
- Looking after Recruitment & Selection process specifically for IT Professionals
- Conducting Orientation program for new employees
- Getting continuous feedback on employee performance through team leads/managers on regular basis and conducting Performance Review Sessions
- Looking after employee payroll, compensation and benefits
- Managing Time and Attendance process
- Coordinating with teams as liaison for different projects
- Handling employee grievances
- Formulating HR policies and strategies while closely working with the Management
- Maintaining employee files and documents
 
Skills Required:
 
- Excellent patience level
- Dealing with employee problems
- Analytical & Research skills to formulate or suggest new policies as per business and HR requirements
- Excellent Communication and Inter-Personal skills
- Very Good writing skills to work on documentation as required
- Ability to work as Team Member and Team Lead.
- Ability to take Initiatives and make decisions
- Very good practical knowledge of MS Office
- HR software experience is a PLUS
