- Looking after Recruitment & Selection process specifically for IT Professionals - Conducting Orientation program for new employees - Getting continuous feedback on employee performance through team leads/managers on regular basis and conducting Performance Review Sessions - Looking after employee payroll, compensation and benefits - Managing Time and Attendance process - Coordinating with teams as liaison for different projects - Handling employee grievances - Formulating HR policies and strategies while closely working with the Management - Maintaining employee files and documents
