- Developing Software Requirement Specifications including (during the development phase)
- Writing case studies for the software projects.
- Documenting business requirement document for ongoing projects
- Writing business proposals ensuring usability and accuracy and quality.
- Documentation of software help, guides, endures/technical manuals.
Lead initiatives in addition to core writing responsibilities.
