- Comprehensiveunderstanding/practical experience of managing brands, including:
- developing consumer insight - product and communication insight
- developing Brand Keys (using the insights) to set the strategic direction of the brand
- managing and executing the marketing mix
- Managingthe Profit & Loss (Topline Growth, Bottom Line Growth, Gross Margin)of and developing sales forecast of the brand
- Developingand executing strategic brand plans focusing on short term and long termobjectives
- Practicalexperience of managing and launching brand extensions in existing categoryor new brands in new categories
- Developingand executing trade and consumer promotions to generate demand
- Developingand managing marketing expenditure of the brand
- Abilityto work collaboratively with the advertising agency to achieve the desiredresults within time
- Abilityand potential to conduct brand forums involving cross functional teamsfrom sales, production operation and finance
