- Should be able to plan, organize, lead and control the activities of testing team members.
- Review requirement specification documents and software design specification documents and develop a comprehensive understanding of testing requirements.
- Prepare, execute and monitor test plans.
- Creation of test cases for functional, integration and performance testing as per requirement specifications.
- Review and consolidate test specifications.
- Prepare functional test reports

Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance
Working understanding of CMMI and ISO standards
Strong conceptual knowledge regarding SDLC, software quality assurance methodologies and practices.
Strong knowledge of testing tweaks, bug tracking process and release planning.
Good written and oral communications skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and planning ability.
Ability to multi-task to accomplish workload efficiently. Excellent time management.
Understanding of Web application testing
Understanding of Web application security
Knowledge of functional automated testing tools & professional certification is a definite plus
