The candidate's responsibilities includes: - Personnel Management including personal files.
- All the matters of Industrial Relations that include: EOBI, PESSI and all other matters relating to labor department.
- Gratuity and final settlement.
- Assisting Department Head in routine work.
In Addition to that candidate must have complete knowledge and understanding of Human Resource functions and areas.
