Director Monitoring and shall be responsible for coordinating the development of a performance management plan for the project, including performance monitoring criteria.

  • Develop & roll out plans for data collection, evaluation and validation to measure/compare the progress of programme activities.
  • Develop Performance Management Plan and performance indicators to assess the impact of the proposed interventions to arrive at the expected results.
  • Supervise the development of a central MIS to maintain and disseminate the information, results, outcomes and impact of activities.
  • Ensure the quality in program delivery as per agreed time lines and disseminating the program outputs internally and externally after proper validation.
  • Provide both qualitative and quantitative reports on periodic basis to ensure the continuous learning and knowledge management from the program deliverables.
  • Coordinate with USAID Sindh Reading Program Senior Management to collect quality information on PMP indicators before the deadline
  • Review and comment on Terms of Reference for all assessments/mid-term reviews and evaluations carried out for Sindh Reading Program

Skills

Master Degree in Social Sciences, Economics/Statistics or related discipline.
Competence in qualitative and quantitative study design and implementation, especially with children as major focus
Experience using data analysis packages such as SPSS and database management systems, preferably Access and Excel;
Experience in developing and coordinating data collection, processing and analysis systems
Familiarity with US Donor Monitoring and Evaluation protocols.
Demonstrated 5-7 years experience of using participatory monitoring and evaluation techniques.
Strong computer literacy skills required in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, web browsers, and email;
Excellent communications and writing ability; working knowledge of Sindhi is desirable
Computer literacy with strong knowledge of Excel, Access, database development and SPSS
Ability and willingness to travel
