1. Excellent programming and analytical abilities
2. Excellent ability to manage tasks and deliver on time and as per requirements
3. Good communication skills are required. Should be able to take requirements and analyze them and architect appropriate solutions
4. Thoroughly understands PHP (4.x and 5.x) , JavaScript, XML, Web Services, AJAX, SOAP, REST, CSS, phpDoc, and other web technologies
5. Experience of delivering successful large scale web applications Understands web protocols to the deepest level and uses that knowledge to build compliant, scalable and robust web applications.
