Note: QA/QC Candidates willing to work as “Software Application Support Engineer” would be preferred. 1. Handling customer calls (and emails) related to remote trouble shooting of applications(Moss, CRM, Financial management, commerce website etc.) and operating system 2. Identifying issue source and coordinating with Hosting and Development teams to ensure issue resolution 3. Applying fixes to the application and verifying issue resolution 4. Experience in remote troubleshooting, installation/Deployment, maintenance and support will be preferred. |

| Skills Required: |

1. 6-12 months experience of software testing (preferably in a software development company)
2. Experience of Black Box Testing
3. Good Communication Skills & Analytical Skills
4. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
5. Updating issue management system and customers on issue status
6. Prior experience in customer support and remote trouble shooting would be a big plus
7. IT background and knowhow of Microsoft Windows servers 2003/2005 and MS Applications like MOSS, CRM
8. Ability to follow-up on issues and coordinate between different stakeholders to ensure issue resolution
9. Good at teamwork and ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time. Willing to work in shifts |
