Job Description:

A one of the well-known Saudi based consulting company is seeking an HR Operations Manager for its Karachi Head office. The candidate must have a strong background of Recruitment & Selection.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing professional support and advice on recruitment to the Suppliers, Clients and Customers.
  • advising companies on best practice recruitment and selection;
  • preparing job descriptions and person specifications;
  • writing job advertisements and deciding how and where jobs are advertised;
  • designing or revising application forms, including developing online processes;
  • preparing other recruitment material depending on the type of organization - for example, brochures and further particulars;
  • developing creative recruitment solutions if the organization is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff;
  • screening application forms and short listing applicants;
  • devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, personality questionnaires and various group activities;
  • running selection centers for graduate recruitment and more senior vacancies;
  • Training staff in interviewing techniques.
