- Preparing, Maintaining and updating the documentation of newly hired employees and forward to HO.
- Dispatching the offer letters to the respective branches and following up to get the signed letters back for HR Regional Office & Head Office Record.
- Coordination with third parties for all employees matters (documentation and salary etc.)
- Preparing the hiring and resignation sheets and attendance & leave records on monthly basis and send to HO for the processing of salary.
- Responsible for the timely final settlements and resignations of employees.
- Processing of all type of information to the respective departments (business cards, CIN generation, coordination with branches for opening of employees account, monthly advance cases and CoC cases and etc.)
- Medical Enrollment & Claims.
- Conducting medical checkups of Permanent staff and forwarding their reports to HR Head Office.
- Maintaining & updating records of Permanent and PL Staff.
- Any work handed out by supervisor.
